SURFACE PREPARATION

Surface preparation is the essential first stage treatment of a substrate before the application of any coating. The performance of a coating is significantly influenced by its ability to adhere properly to the substrate material.

THERMAL SPRAY

Thermal spraying is an attractive coating technique as it offers a wide choice of materials and processes that have a reduced impact on the environment when compared to conventional plating processes We have a Thermal Spray Coating Equipment such us Flame Wire Spraying and Arc Wire spraying System.

PROTECTIVE COATING

We ensure consistent, safe and efficient performance in extreme environments through a complete range of field-applied coatings and services. A well-trained crew, proper equipment, and good inspectors are able to achieve coating manufacturers’ requirements on a regular basis in the field applied coatings.

NYLON COATING

Nylon (polyamide) powder coating is widely used to protect a variety of metal substrates such as steel & aluminum. ... The Fluid Bed Nylon coating is applied through a dip process where the part is preheated and dipped into a dry powder that is fluidized with air and then post cured.

FBE COATING

Fusion bonded epoxy coating is commonly referred to as FBE coating, is an epoxy-based powder coating used to provide protection to pipelines, steel pipes and a wide range of Valves. FBE coatings are thermoset polymers by nature. These FBE coated pipes can be used in temperatures up to 95°C.

POWDER COATING

Powder coatings are based on polymer resin systems, combined with curatives, pigments, leveling agents, flow modifiers, and other additives. These ingredients are melt mixed, cooled, and ground into a uniform powder similar to baking flour. A process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) is typically used to achieve the application of the powder coating to a metal substrate.

XYLAN COATING

Xylan®, produced by Whitford, is one of the most well-known industrial coatings. It is actually a fluropolymer, a name certainly a lot less familiar, to the extent many users of Xylan type products only know the coating as Xylan its trade name.
